I was talking to a friend of mine a few days ago about which path I may follow in the next months. As u may know, my visa expires in June and I am looking forward to stay in Australia, but it looks like it ain’t gonna be easy. There are hundreds of visas to apply, but all of them have their complications. For some u have to pay a huge amount of money, for other you have to take some difficult examinations, and so on. It’s not impossible to get it, but going through paperwork, and realizing you are running out of time… it’s just frustrating. This kind of situations make u thinks about what u really want… What’s your long term plan? What have u accomplish so far?
This kind of questions may make u doubt about what u have done with your life during the last months/years, but don’t let it hit u to hard. Many successful CEO have been through this to, and they kept on walking… and got to where ever they are now.

El otro día estaba hablando con un amigo sobre qué voy a hacer durante los próximos meses. Como ya sabrán, mi visa caduca en junio. De todos modos quiero quedarme en Australia. El tema es un poco más complicado de lo que uno se imagina. Hay cientos de vicas a las que uno puede aplicar, pero todas tienen sus limitaciones: o son muy caras, o tenes que tomar uno que otro examen… y para colmo ver que el reloj ya está en cuenta regresiva… te pone loco. Este pito de situaciones lo hacen pensar a uno en lo que realmente quiere, q pone en juego, cual es su plan a largo plazo, que logro hasta el día de hoy?
Este tipo de planteos pueden sacudirlo a uno y cuestionarse lo que ha hecho durante los últimos meses/años, pero no sean duros consigo mismos. Muchas personas exitosas pasaron por lo mismo y hoy son líderes de grandes empresas!
